Gabby Lamb (Researcher Services Librarian, University of New England)
Gabrielle Lamb has tertiary qualifications in the Arts, Education and Information Studies. With over twelve years working in academic libraries, her current role at the University of New England is Researcher Services Librarian supporting research staff and students within the University schools. She previously worked at Deakin University in client services, document delivery and with the institutional repository team, focusing on research output collection, copyright and Open Access.
Amanda Lawrence (Research & Strategy Manager, Australian Policy Online)
Amanda Lawrence is a librarian and researcher specialising in digital collections and research infrastructure for public policy research and practice. She has been involved with managing APO (apo.org.au), an open access grey literature collection since 2006 and is currently the Research and Strategy Manager. Amanda’s research interests include grey literature and public policy and she recently initiated and worked as the research manager for the Grey literature strategies ARC Linkage project (greylitstrategies.info). She is currently completing a PhD based on this research. Amanda has an Arts Degree with Honours from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in Library and Information management from RMIT University. She is a member of ALIA and on the advisory group for the Global Internet Policy Observatory. Amanda has published a number of articles and papers on her work (available at apo.org.au/creator/amanda–lawrence). Prior to moving into the library and information sector Amanda worked in literary arts management and bookselling.
Dr Steven McEachern (Director, Australian Data Archive)
Dr Steven McEachern is Director of the Australian Data Archive at the Australian National University. He holds a PhD in industrial relations and a Graduate Diploma in Management Information Systems, and has research interests in data management and archiving, community and social attitude surveys, new data collection methods, and reproducible research methods. Steve has been involved in various professional associations in survey research and data archiving over the last 10 years, and is currently Chair of the Executive Board of the Data Documentation Initiative.
Roxanne Missingham (University Librarian, Australian National University)
Roxanne Missingham is University Librarian and Chief Scholarly Information Officer, Australian National University. She was previously Parliamentary Librarian and Assistant Director General, Resource Sharing Division, National Library of Australia. Roxanne has a long career in libraries and IT, focused on the development of digital delivery and digital services. Formerly President of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA), she is a member of the CAUL executive and an advocate of open access.
Dr Shantala Mohan (Director, Research Strategy and Assistant Vice-Chancellor, Western Sydney University)
Dr Shantala Mohan is currently Director of Research Strategy at Western Sydney University. She was previously Assistant Vice-Chancellor at Western Sydney University. Shantala is responsible for driving the University’s research impact agenda. She has substantial experience as a researcher in the area of coronary heart disease and has supervised doctoral students to completion. Additionally, Shantala has experience in securing competitive research grants, high level project management, team mentoring, and in developing major reports, submissions and briefings.

Natasha Simons (Senior Data Management Specialist, Australian National Data Service)
Natasha Simons is a Senior Data Management Specialist with the Australian National Data Service. She played a key role in the formation of the Australian ORCID consortium, is an ORCID Ambassador and serves on the Australian ORCID Advisory Group. Natasha is a librarian and is ANDS liaison on the CAUL Research Advisory Committee.
