Jayshree is Founding Member of Research Support Community Day. As Manager, Scholarly Communications at James Cook University Library, she oversees a team providing the Library's research services support across the University. Jayshree is a member of the IFLA Academic and Research Libraries Section and the IFLA Regional Divisional Standing Committee for Asia and Oceania.

Caitlin Savage
Caitlin Savage is a Research Librarian at Deakin University’s Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus. The Library Research Services team provides personalised support and guidance with literature searching, information and data management, publishing, and research metrics to Deakin’s research community.
Helen Chan
Helen is Manager, Open Scholarship at UTS Library. Her team manage the University's Open Access Press, UTS ePress, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Data Archive (ATSIDA) and provide support services for copyright and research data management.

Samantha Hutchinson
Samantha is a Research & Engagement Librarian at the University of Wollongong. She is a passionate and expert advocate of open research and the role of impact outside academia. She works with academics and researchers across a range of disciplines in strategic publishing, to increase their understanding of the open agenda, and to evidence their claims of impact. She is interested in the intersection of library support and these agendas, partnering with academics for a better future within and outside academia
